Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3)

U.S. Army’s Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) Program Office ensures warfighters’ readiness by delivering world-class program management and procurement services. RS3 primary service areas include but are not limited to engineering; research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E); logistics; acquisition and strategic planning; education and training services.

RS3 may be used by all DoD and federal agencies with C4ISR-related missions.

Professional Services Schedule

CSA federal government clients can contract with us using General Services Administration (GSA) Professional Services Schedule (PSS). Under this schedule, CSA can provide professional engineering services and mission oriented business integrated services under 871-1 strategic planning for technology programs/activities and 874-1 integrated consulting services.

871-1 Strategic Planning for Technology Programs and Activities:

CSA can provide services to federal government clients to assist in strategic planning, high level organizational engineering performance requirements, analysis of mission, program goals and objectives, program evaluations, analysis of program effectiveness, requirements analysis, organizational performance assessment, special studies and analysis, training and consulting.

874-1 Integrated Consulting Services:

CSA can provide services to federal government clients to provide expert advice and assistance in support of an agency’s mission-oriented business functions. Services include: management and strategy consulting, including research, evaluations, studies, analyses, scenarios/simulations, reports, business policy, and regulation development assistance and strategy formulation; decision support services; survey services; data validation and analysis; reporting; and stakeholder briefings.

CSA holds a PSS 871-1 schedule.

Information Technology Services – GSA Federal Supply Schedule 70

Information Technology (IT) General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) provides services to federal government clients to assist in analytics, process automation, workflow automation, knowledge management and application development.

CSA holds an IT Schedule 70.
