The U.S. Army awards CSA Guidance Consulting a spot on $37.4B RS3 services contract to ensure warfighter readiness on the battlefield.

October 24, 2018. MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – The U.S. Army’s Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) Program Office has selected CSA to serve as a small-business prime contractor for knowledge-based professional services under cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost contracts.

The RS3 Program Office ensures warfighters’ readiness by delivering world-class program management and procurement services. CSA will provide acquisition, strategic planning, engineering, training and logistics services to command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems.

“Warfighter demands are evolving as modern battlefields pose newer and often unknown challenges,” said Jay Heroux, CSA’s Executive Vice President. “Our clients’ requirements are driven by the evolving and urgent needs of soldiers that require fast and efficient solutions. CSA’s natural tenacity for process improvement and creating bold partnerships pave the way for greater support for our warfighters. We are excited to have this opportunity to make a contribution to the Army’s capabilities and readiness”.

Solutions will be delivered through the RS3 multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle—which carries a total ceiling value of $37.4 billion over a 10-year ordering period (five-year base ordering period and five-year optional ordering period). RS3 is intended to compete most of the professional services spending the Army issues over the next decade—RS3 may be used by all DoD and federal agencies with C4ISR-related missions.
